Building a scooter...

Thinking about building a scooter? Well I will explain in a nut shell, whats needed to develop one of these things. First off your going to need a 50cc engine. 50cc engines can be found online, in weed wackers, or in other various motor powered things. Then your going to need some sort of frame for it. Whether you weld one together, or take an old push scooter and modify it. Couple modifications and nuts and bolts later and wala. A nice 50cc scooter.
